Laura and Steven were married in Ryley Alberta. Don’t worry, I had to Google Map where it was as well, and I’ll let you know it’s only a short hour from Edmonton. Be careful though, blink and you will without a doubt miss it. So what does that mean? Alberta farm land. My favourite.
We were graced with tons of sun and cloud that weekend, and made the most of it. Steven was cool and collected in the morning, while Laura was bouncing off the walls with excitement. I love being able to watch how the day unfolds for two people so in love.
I was giddy when I learnt we were going to be shooting on Steven’s family farm. The old weathered wood of the fence in the images was one of my favourites. In the back of my mind all I could think about was how awesome they would be as a new head board (thank you Pinterest for making me want to steal old wooden fence boards).
There were many laughs, giggles and near miss-stepping in cow pies on this day, which made it all that much more enjoyable. Congratulations you too and thank you so much for having me be apart of your day!
