Stephanie and her Fiance Jason ended up being given a gift-certificate from an auction I had donated to in my home town of Hinton. Turns out it wasn’t some random Jason, but I went to High School with this Jason – so it was very cool to see someone, years later marrying the love of their life. When we cruised up to Grande Prairie we managed to meet up with these two since they made the drive down from Manning. We lucked out with a beautiful day and a back alley that offered us a lot of options. If it’s one thing about these two, it is about how much Jason can make Stephanie smile, giggle and just radiate love. The way he looks at her with honest, and true love could make anyone melt. It was like watching two people on their first date again. Including the fact Jason made the move to Manning for his job, and Stephanie up rooted and went, I knew there was something special. It takes a woman who loves a man a lot to move to rural northern Alberta.
They just had that movie-star quality love going on. It was an absolute thrill and joy to get to photograph it as well. Makes me think the wedding is going to be THAT much better!
Really look forward to your guys’ wedding in May here in Edmonton!
