Crystal and James got married at the Flamingo in Las Vegas, and when they first booked me I was a little nervous. My first and only time to Vegas had been on my 21st birthday and it was hard for me to imagine a wedding there. Well was I ever wrong. The people, the venues, the photo locations – EVERYTHING was stunning and beautiful. Some of my favourite photos of my portfolio have come from this wedding.
These two people are so in love – it is just that simple. Their story is beautiful and it tells their tale of how true love really prospered. There is no greater love than the love between two best friends. They could make each other laugh, James could whisper sweet nothing’s into Crystal’s ear and she would nearly double over laughing. It was just a great time. Not to mention that James is really pretty, I don’t really think we would have got the images we did without him. Thank you James and Crystal for taking us to Las Vegas to photograph your wedding – it will always be one of my favourites. It was great getting to know you both. It always felt like we were good friends, part of the guest list never the hired help list. Thank you again for everything and looking forward to working with you guys again in the future.
I had to break up the wedding and the trash the dress session because I could have had a 56 image blog post. So here are just a few from the wedding day. It was SO DIFFICULT to pick when I could have shared EVERYTHING. The ceremony and ‘green’ photos were at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas on the strip – from there we headed over to a place called the Neon Grave Yard (so amazing!). LOVE all these photos!!
The shoes and of course, a Tiffany’s passport cover. Men, if you don’t know what Tiffany’s is – it could be your saving grace for all those times you say the wrong thing.
Pretty much the best looking bridal party. Thank you James for being so good looking in this again.
